The album is about loneliness, longing, seeking, love lost and love found. “Some of our songs contain up to four or five different moods” says Sam. “Our emphasis on dynamic changes is probably what sets us apart many other bands out there right now, particularly in the DC area.” Red Horses contains talented songwriting, innovative guitar work, ethereal and sometimes unsettling piano parts, steady drumming, industrial sounds, melodic bass lines, and roaring fuzz tones. Sam's earnest baritone takes the listener on a journey with an unknown destination, while his lyrics please the inner poet in all of us. “Red Horses is an album by a band who proves they have something to offer.
