Biography: Hannah Anders releases debut EP “Turn It Up”

Hannah Anders has been singing since she could speak (according to her mother). Her entire life has been spent writing, performing and entertaining. She lived in Nashville for 6 years where she studied vocal performance at Belmont University. She also owns a vocal coaching business there. Nashville really supported her writing and singing efforts. Three years ago, she moved to Los Angeles. It was a journey she needed to take to further her career in country music. Hannah began auditioning musicians for her band. The criteria for band members were specific; creative vision and ultimate goal needed to fit perfectly with what Hannah envisioned for her band. Now with band members in place, she has taken the step to produce her debit EP “Turn It Up”.

The lead single “Trainwreck” is off her EP “Turn It Up”. Teaming up with Rusty Van Sickle to complete the writing of this song gave it the edge it needed to gain the attention it ultimately received. “Trainwreck” was her first song that was written, produced, and recorded exactly as she envisioned it. She was elated with the results and was aware that she pushed the envelope as a female country singer.

The single “Trainwreck” is about your relationship being a train wreck. The warning signs have been there all along but still you rode it out until the very end. This song is a high voltage powerhouse of a song. A country tune injected with a bit of rock ‘n roll will wake you up and grab your attention. Hannah Anders did just that. She is the new country star to shake up the music industry.

Hannah Anders rivals some of the most well known country female artists out there. Thinking outside the box allowed her the freedom to write and produce edgier music that would surely catch audience’s attention. In fact, it has. With her extraordinary talents, Hannah is here to delight and entertain. Her songs are strong; written and performed to perfection, and challenges the best in the industry. Her EP “Turn It Up” is currently available at most digital storefronts. The full length CD is set for release early in 2013.

Hannah Anders is a member of RAG. Last year they played for the Texas Longhorn tailgage party at the Rosebowl to over 5000 Texans. She has recently teamed up with Big Ride Records in Nashville, Tn. and also working with A & R Select in Beverly Hills, Ca. for licensing, recording deals, publishing and/or placement opportunities.

Hannah Anders is working on a fall tour but no additional information is available at this time.
